The Conscious Mind 

Is the seat of your rational, conscious thoughts, beliefs, and judgements.

The Subconscious or Superconscious Mind on other hand is rarely impacted by external factors and is the repository of all your, memories, and feelings.

The Unconscious Mind is what controls your basic survival functions like sleeping, breathing, fight or flight reflex, triggering your hunger so you eat etc. Sometimes it is also referred to as your autonomous nervous system.
